About Ginna

My Mission Statement

I’m here to inspire and empower people to move better, feel better, and live their lives with confidence.

“Change is a process, not a decision”

Growing up in Bolivia and facing difficulties and limited opportunities, I learned to persevere. Now, I use that strength as well as my love of sports and fitness to motivate my clients to improve their lives through wellness. My own experience has taught me that exercise and fitness change lives…for the better.

As a trainer, I work with clients so that they will experience the positive effects of daily physical activity, regardless of age or ability. My approach to wellness and fitness is more than just weight and appearance; I focus on a holistic and sustainably healthy lifestyle tailored to Ginnafit each individual.

With ten years of experience, I’ve learned to formulate individualized exercise plans that will safely push you to your limit. My training style incorporates strength training, circuit training, TRX, mobility, flexibility, High interval intensity training, and rehabilitation. I work with people of all ages and physical abilities.

Ginnafit invites you to find your inner self through daily exercises and wellness. Treat yourself and your body for more enjoyable longevity!
